Terms and conditions of sale

1. General terms

a) All agreements are made in Danish language.
    Web shop is available only in Danish version.
 

2. Terms of delivery

a) Under normal circumstances orders will be shipped within 3 days
    with the exception of goods (including counters and showcases) which
    are being produced to order and despatched from a foreign country.
    These goods will be shipped within 2 weeks from order date.
    Delivery dates are given in good faith. However where goods are out of
    stock or where one of our suppliers fails to deliver materials on time,
    we may not be able to meet the normal delivery time.
    In the event that these ordered goods are unable to be shipped in the due time,
    Porsa will advise you of the actual date of delivery.

b) The ordered goods will be shipped by mail, courier or cargo depending on
    quantity or volume. Porsa.dk chooses the cheapest method for you.

c) Remember to check the received goods for defects before signing the
    bill of carriage. In case of defective goods or missing parts please mark 
    these on the bill of carriage.

d) It is possible to collect the ordered goods at our warehouse in Brøndby.
    By doing this you will save the freight charges.

e) Web orders can not be delivered to Faroe Islands, Greenland and other
    countries outside Denmark.

3. Terms of payment

a) Net cash by ordering.
   The following credit cards are accepted on the web shop:
   Dankort, Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB.

4. Cancellation

a) You have 14 days to cancel the order with Porsa.dk
    If you cancel your order we will return your payment for
    the goods as well as for the delivery charges.
    Freight charges for returning the goods are on your account.

b) The right to return goods becomes void if the goods are
    being used in a way which obviously reduces the sales value.

5. Complaints

a) Porsa.dk is bound under The Danish Consumer Law regarding complaints
    about construction and material, which occur during the course of normal
    use of the goods. The Purchaser has up to 2 years from date of purchase
    to register a complaint.
